Janhvi Chandra (she/her) was born and raised in India before moving to France and the U.S. for her higher education. She speaks Hindi, English, and French fluently and has her eyes set on learning Spanish. Janhvi recently graduated from the dual degree program between SciencesPo, Paris and UC Berkeley, double majoring in political economy and politics and government with a minor in public policy. There, she explored topics such as international political economy, climate justice, development economics, inequality, and poverty reduction. Previously, Janhvi interned at Evergreen Strategy Group and at BerlinRosen as part of the UC Washington Program, where she focused on public affairs and issue advocacy. As an emerging fellow at the Roosevelt Institute, Jahnvi wrote a policy memo on reducing wealth inequality through housing.
When not working or studying, she loves traveling, cooking, mixing music on her console, and getting lost in a good book.
