Lennon Torres joined Bryson Gillette after serving as executive coordinator at the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, where she supported the leadership team, worked directly with the 82nd U.S. Attorney General, Eric H. Holder Jr., and facilitated high-level interdepartmental deliverables. Prior to her political career, Lennon gained national recognition as a dancer. Passionate about advocacy and social communication, she served as a gender equity consultant for major ballet companies in North America. Lennon uses her voice to shape the narrative around what it means to be a young transgender woman, documenting her transition in major entertainment outlets, such as E! And Seventeen, to inspire greater understanding and compassion for the transgender and LGBTQ+ community. Lennon champions transgender representation by working with major brands, like Marc Jacobs, Meta, and Nike, for global print and social media campaigns. She is also a voice for the young LGBTQ+ community during public appearances and panels for organizations including the National Basketball Association and Trans Pride Brazil.
During her time off, you can find Lennon at the beach, watching Veep, or eating sushi.
