Emi Ching, a recent graduate from the University of Southern California with degrees in Economics & Data Science and Narrative Studies, brings her passion for community empowerment and diversity to Bryson Gillette. As a member of the Strategic Operations department, Emi leverages her skills to bolster new business endeavors, manage talent acquisition efforts, streamline travel coordination, and fulfill various operational duties. Her proven leadership as a founding executive board member and Editor-in-Chief of Descent Magazine, USC’s first APIDA arts and literary publication, coupled with her commitment to fostering inclusive environments, positions her as a valuable contributor to Bryson Gillette’s strategic vision.
Emi now lives in Los Angeles where you can find her searching for the best boba shops, taking dance classes at the local studios, and trying to keep up with her infinite to-read list.
