
Nicole Kozlowski provides data-driven solutions to address clients’ issues and strategic needs. She has spent her career using research to inform communications and provide strategic guidance to clients advancing important issues, including K-12 funding, higher education access, paid leave, guaranteed childcare, and clean energy policy. Nicole’s clients have included nonprofits, advocacy organizations, political campaigns, and local governments. She has extensive experience with both quantitative and qualitative methodologies and works closely with clients to find the best ways to move their cause, issue, or campaign forward. Most recently, Nicole worked at Global Strategy Group during the 2024 cycle to support candidates and elevate key issues impacting the election.
Nicole is from Michigan (Go Blue!) but now lives in Seattle, where she enjoys exploring bookstores to find a good book for the rainy days, enjoying the outdoors and looking for Mount Rainier on the clear days, and spending time with friends and family.
