Jade Floyd brings 20 years of strategic communications experience guiding corporate leaders, philanthropies, investment firms, and sports organizations building movements and shaping culture. She is a trusted advisor to C-suite executives helping elevate their thought leadership, earning coverage in outlets like the New York Times, CNBC, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal, and Fortune. Her clients have taken the stage at the world’s most influential gatherings — from Fortune Most Powerful Women, to the Wall Street Journal’s Future of Everything, Forbes Iconoclast and the World Congress of Sports.

Before joining Bryson Gillette, Jade served as Executive Vice President at a global communications firm and as Vice President of Communications at the Case Foundation and Revolution Venture Capital. She is the author of The Leadership Labyrinth: Women Navigating Power and Purpose in a Changing World and is an adjunct professor in the graduate school at George Washington University. A recognized leader in her field, she has been named to the Washington Business Journal “40 Under 40” and honored as a PR News Person of the Year. She has served on boards and advisory councils spanning media, arts, and civic life, including the GW School of Media and Public Affairs National Council, the Stubblefield Institute for Civil Political Communication, the Communications Network, Freshfarm Markets, Sitar Arts Center and the Multicultural Media Correspondents Association.
