Born and raised in Massachusetts, Jess fell in love with public service and political organizing through an internship for her U.S. Senator, Elizabeth Warren. After graduating from Mount Holyoke College, she persisted with Senator Warren across the Commonwealth and then the country, serving on her state office staff, Senate re-election campaign, and bid for President. Knowing how much was left to do, Jess finished the 2020 cycle by coordinating absentee ballot data and building the first early voter file for the New Hampshire Democratic Coordinated Campaign. She most recently worked at FreeWill, where she introduced hundreds of high-impact nonprofits to fundraising technology that has democratized philanthropy and raised over $5Billion for charity.

Jess is thrilled to take her passion for progressive causes and organized project management to support the Bryson Gillette team and clients in our pursuit to fight for a better world.

She lives in Atlanta with her partner, Anna, where they’re aiming to try all of the delicious food, dance to lots of live music, and immerse themselves in the city’s legacy of activism.
