Micki Duncan leads campaigns for technology-focused clients working at the forefront of today’s most urgent digital challenges. She advises nonprofits, coalitions, and mission-driven organizations working to reduce the harms of social and other digital media. Micki brings deep experience helping clients navigate complex public debates, communicate with clarity, and build influence with key stakeholders and the public. Before joining Bryson Gillette, Micki led communications for congressional and local campaigns, served as a communications director on Capitol Hill, and worked on the campaigns of Senator Elizabeth Warren (2020 presidential) and Governor Maura Healey (2022 gubernatorial). Earlier in her career, she worked at the global communications firm Weber Shandwick. Micki is passionate about supporting clients who challenge the status quo, build coalitions, and work toward a more equitable and inclusive future. Her approach is grounded in the belief that technology should serve human well-being and that powerful, values-driven storytelling can spark lasting change.

Micki lives in the Boston area, where she enjoys going on hikes with her dog Moose, snuggling with cat Moxie, gardening, and swimming in Walden Pond.
